I guess the title is self explanatory. Can the sponsor leave Canada after stage 1 approval (for us after the additional step for Quebec)? I know citizens can but for how long? And can they work without problems? for a 6 month period in UK for example (with a working visa).
Probably in this case we would need to notify CIC of this? I would like to join him in UK in order to work too (temporarily) - this means i also need to notify my VO? will this affect the processing?
