Leaving and reentering Canada while outland application being processed.

I'm applying under family class for PR as an outland applicant and will also be extending my stay in Canada as a visitor or OWP if allowed to?
While I'm awaiting the outcome for visitor and or PR application will I be able to leave Canada and come back?

You are free to leave. If your re-entry is denied, your Outland application continues to be processed.

OWP is not available to Outland applicants.
