hi friends, please i want to know if it is late to start the application processes knowing that one need to first apply through WES or international credential assessment. what can i do?

Go straight and apply to WES or ICAS.
Also go and write your IELTS General
training exam.

Some NOCs will reach their cap more slowly than others and some won't at all (based on what has happened in the past).
