Lead Times at different stages?

1. CIC gives 120 days to submit full docs to CHC ------> is this correct? Or is it specific to Local offices of different countries?
2. How much time does CHC gives once they send a request for medicals?
3. How much time does CHC gives once they send a request for Passport?
4. Are there any other stages where the Lead times are provided?

- 120 days after CIO for all Visa offices
2. How much time does CHC gives once they send a request for medicals?
- Technically its 60 days for New Delhi CHC but it depends upon the visa officer, its 15,30,45,60 days things as the have divided every process into a stage

- Visa Office Specific
