LC2 How can u get it?

Guys i need help...nakatanggap ng call kahapon ung auntie ko which is guardian ng anak ko sa pinas then may instructions na binigay na dapat esubmit ng tita ko via email sa immigration(e.g..ung complete name ng daughter ko at address,contact #..etc..)..may question is, ung LC2 ba na kit naedodownload sa site ng philippine canada immigration?or they are the one who will gonna send to my daughter?

same thing my husband got a phone call kaso di namin mahanap ung lc2 kit.

i submit my application OWP/PR june 09,2010 recieved june 14,20010.they open it agust 24,2010.im single at that time,i went back home to marry my boyfriend.i included him in my application may 10,2011.i recieved my OP last dec 11,2011.then he got a call last march 22,2012 from CEM saying he need to fill-up the lc2 form,i dont know if they gonna send the kit to him???...i already email manil.immigration@international.gc.ca but no response.
