What is your time line .. is it recent ?

I don't think u can do anything. You will have to get back in the pool and reapply with another ITA. CIC clearly states that if documents are not complete they will reject your application.
And I hope you fired your lawyer!!!

Can't do anything on this kind of rejection. Create an EE again (BY YOURSELF) and submit the documents again after ITA. And please, do not use lawyers/consultants...

You'll need to reapply from scratch. It doesn't matter who made the mistake (you or your lawyer) - CIC will hold you responsible as the applicant. I would request a refund from your lawyer.

Thanx

I do fired her
