Latest NOC list for forthcoming new FSWP

Has this new NOC list for the forthcoming FSWP been finalized and released. Please share the list or link if someone is aware. Thanks

I read somewhere that it is going to be released on 4th of May.

Application are accepted on 4th may for FSW.

The NOC list is expected to be released sometime in April along with the list of ECA agencies.
