Late visit visa

Hi, my travelling dates were from 12 dec to 5 January. But i received approval today. Hooefully visa will be stamped by first week of January. Some questions

1. Do i need to take new job holiday letter along with me ?

2. My visit dates are passed? Will that be issue?

3. What documents should I have with me.
