I had applied for SP under SDS category from India on Nov 17,2021.Still waiting to get any updates on same. The last date to submit the study permit for my University is Jan 31,2022.I have started online classes from Jan start. Uni is not extending online classes after Jan 31st.I had questions regarding this.
1. If my application is reviewed after Jan 31,after the university has withdrawn my admission for Jan 2022 intake, will it affect/delay the decision? will it cause any problems while stamping?
2. I have already deferred once from Sep 2021 to Jan 2022,so University is asking me to reapply for the same program again. In case I get admission again,can I travel with the same study visa after uploading new LOA thru webform??
