my spouse received her PR approval (confirmation of permanent residence) on 25 September 2015
the agent who interviewed her said that she would receive the actual card in the mail in about 2 months time
more than 4 months later to this date , nothing has been received in the mail
Have anyone here had similar experience not receiving PR card in time in the mail?
what if it got lost by Canada Post? what to do next?
anyone?
Sincerely,
Laurier

Processing times for new PR cards isn't 2 months - it's actually 100 days or around 4 months.

So you should be receiving the card soon.
