I get PPR letter from canada embassy on 16.07.2019. they give 30 days to submit my passport mean last on 14.08.2019. I send my passport to vss (romm,Italy) on 08.08.2019. one week they doesn't open my passport. On 14.08.2019 they call me to submit the transmission fees.but my 30 days is already over.i submit my fees next day.after this they don't send me any mail. Plz anyone tell me is that dangerous for me or not.bcz this is not my mistake for late.i don't know after this what happened b

This shouldn't be an issue. You submitted on time, and paid the fee as soon as you were notified. Yes, you should have paid the fees before, but it's extremely unlikely that this will be a problem. They aren't that cruel, and a 1-day delay in paying fees (especially when you submitted the passport on time) is not a big deal.
Can u plz tell me it's our responsibility? to submit the passport in embassy or its responsibility off vss to submit the passport in embassy.

If you followed the instructions and submitted on time, it's not your fault. You don't need to worry about it, you'll get your PR visa soon.
