last time to remove spouce

when is the last time i can remove my spouce from my application ? I have already received PER in jan and visa office is london.

yes mine was 68 and spouse was 5. I will confirm from visa office or through GCMS but i want to know what would be the last time i can withdraw. We might end up in a divorce actually ........ thats why asking
