XXXX has been employed by XXXX (XXXX CANADA INC.) from May 30, 2012 to the present day on the Full-Time basis (44 hours per week) in the position of Shift Supervisor/Pit Boss. Her hourly rate is $19 per hour which amounts to approximately CAD $43,479 a year (subject to vacation time off).
XXXX supervises 18-22 persons on her shift reporting directly to the Production Manager and the Managing Director. The Supervisor plays an essential role in the operation of the XXXX. As a team leader, her role is to lead and manage her shift to ensure that all presenters/dealers are following XXXX policies and procedures and that the integrity of the game is never compromised.
Her duties in the Shift Supervisor\Pit Boss position include and are not limited to:
• Manage, direct, and coordinate Presenter\Dealer staff
• Work closely with Production Manager on training new hires on gaming rules and the company policies.
• Work closely with Production Manager on resolving scheduling conflict and adding necessary changes to it
• Work closely with the IT staff on maintaining proper studio condition and the operation of the studio equipment.
• Work closely with Production Manager and On-Air presentation Coordinator to ensure that On-Air look is never compromised
• Provide on-camera supervision of shuffles and error correction
• Prepare daily shift logs
• Prepare the presenter\dealer daily report card, monthly escalation tracking, probation period evaluation reports etc.
• Hold pre-shift meetings prior to shift change
• Attend meetings as required
• Perform other administrative roles, including resolving errors, tracking and reporting errors, card inspection, monitor staff hours etc.
• Comply with all XXXX policies and procedures
• Report and communicate the supplying needs to the Production Manager
