Last Name in Passport

Hi,

I dont have a last name in my Passport. My whole name is written in Given name. But I have to enter my last name almost everywhere, but I dont have one as per my passport. What should I do?

I want to know if it creates any problem while applying for PR under CEC, since my passport doesn't have last name. All my documents (Degree certificates and others) are consistent with the passport.

Not really. Only that it might delay 'CRIMINALITY' check. You are almost certain to get RCMP fingerprints request. After you get your AOR, apply and check your GCMS notes. If required, send RCMP fingerprints upfront before CIC asks for it. You might save 3-4 weeks in the process.

I also don't use surname is my pp....will it create difficulty or any delays in visa processing...medicals/pp/rprf have been submitted to ndvo 1 month ago..

I agree with andy , i dont use last name on passport i got RCMP few days back other than that no issues
