finally i am in the way of getting visa. but the problem arises that when filling the sponsor/ partner questionnaire form, i have mistakenly wrote the date other than marriage date in every place of marriage date place. so i want to get suggestion will this effect in issuing visa or not or what will be the next step.

i would say write a letter to say you had made a mistake but wait for others to reply too.

You should inform them through a letter and also send notorised copy of your Marriage Certificate to support your case.
