Some website shows canada removed Language Testing Requirement for Pnp but i cant able to find in offical website. is this news is true. if yes, Please share the link to refer

What is the website you are referring to? What province?
 
Hi I have recently got my nomination from OINP. I am going for PNP PR application. My IELTS result is going to expire in July first week. So, question is should IELTS result be valid till the time I get AOR or till I submit the file?.. Because currently it takes as much as 4 months before getting AOR for submitted application. Anyone please guide.
