I applied for Canadian Citizen ship and as proof that I can speak, write and read English I did a test at the Collage, the test is Canadian Language Benchmarks Placement Test the score for the test was 8. But it seems that Immigration is not satisfied with that proof. What other proof do I need to send them?

Really :o :o :o, what reasons did they give? Try giving a clear / vivid picture about their reasons and some of the veterans in on the forum could better advice you.

OR better still post your comments or your questions on SETTLEMENT TOPICS "CITIZENSHIP"

Probably because it wasn't from a government approved language course.

Some examples of this proof can be:

The results of a CIC-approved third-party test; or
Transcripts or a diploma from a secondary or post-secondary education in English or French, in Canada or abroad; or
Evidence of achieving Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB)/Niveau de compétence linguistique canadien (NCLC) level 4 or higher in certain government-funded language training programs.

Please see the full list of documents we will accept as proof of the language r
