I have done my B.E. Computer Engineering from Mumbai and have over 4 and Half years Experience in Software Development. I am planning to apply for Quebec Skilled Worker program. I wanted to Know is French Language test compulsory for the same. Also i wanted to know if an Individual can submit his application by himself or having a consultant is necessary?
