language test for PR under oinp

I am a oinp nominee, so I am gonna apply for PR .The stream is employer job offer ( foreign worker) and noc skill level A.
As I checked there is no mandatory for language test under this stream.
Am I right or not?
Is some one here who has similar experience?

Right since you are working in Ontario now with job offer or have LMIA for job offer.

Thanks for the response, but I have not got the WP yet. I have just a job offer and LMIA exemption.(based on work permit support letter which I got)

Then you are not eligible for OINP stream. You need a LMIA. Exemption would not count. Does the employer meet eligibility requirements for OINP?

I have been nominated through oinp 2 month ago. I've got a CONFIRMATION OF NOMINATION and a WORK PERMIT SUPPORT LETTER.I was sent an exemption code. The employer is eligible as well. Please let me know wether I have to take an exam or not.
