Language test expired after application got returned

Hi there,
My application just got returned because I forgot to include one translation file Now the problem is that my language test just expired, which was effective when I first submitted last December...I was wondering if I need to do my language test again before I resubmit it, or it still counts as effective?? I would really appreciate if anyone could help me
