I was wondering if it is mandatory to do a language test if english has been your first language and language of instruction in school and you've completed a degree in Canada.

Proof of language proficiency (IELTS or CELPIP) is mandatory for all.

Yea, you have to do the language test (English or French).

The the language test should be mandatory for all streams of immigration, you'd think.

I agree even PNP skilled and unskilled should be mandatory.
