I am considering hiring a highly skilled executive in a Health Products related business, for a position in Canada. He has a Phd, two Medical Degrees, and about 25 years of industry experience. However, he currently has very limited English skills (I have other staff who can compensate for this).
If I make him a permanent job offer, will he be able to get approved for a work permit or residence if I specify that the position does not require an English or French speaking person?
Thanks
