I obtained my PNP through PhD stream in Ontario. This program does not require a language proof and the occupation classfication on my PNP is 4012, which is not in level C and level D. As a result, I assume I won't need to provide language request as well. My concern is if my application packge does not include the language proof, should I leave "Proof of language proficiency" on document checklist as blank or I also need to mark it and attach a clarification letter.
