Hi Friends,

Am in process of applying for Canadian Citizenship and need clarification on the Language Evidence requirements.

I have IELTS score card from 2011, which I believe should be good the attest with the application. My spouse has not given IELTS exam, but she had completed her education from schooling to Graduation in English medium.

Will attesting her Degree certificates which are English suffice based on below explanation on CIC

Proof of completion of a secondary or post-secondary program conducted in French or English, either in Canada or abroad, includes:

A diploma or transcripts from a secondary or post-secondary school indicating the successful completion of a program, in French or English, either in Canada or abroad, or
A diploma or certificate from a secondary or post-secondary school indicating successful graduation from a program conducted in French or English, either in Canada or abroad.

Regards,
Viraj Rao

Send the copy of the certificates along with a covering letter addressed to the Case office IRCC explaining that the curriculum and the language of instruction was in english. I did the same for my spouse and i received AOR and test invitation with no problems.
