Langara college and account information

Hey everyone,
I paid 6000$ fees in november jn langara college through agent's account.then, i paid 7500$ again in march.my account shows 1500 IE commitment fees and 6000$ as wire transfer payment and -4500 as net semester balance.i want to know the balance amount status and what does negative sign mean ? I am confused and please,help me in understanding the particulars of amount.

Hi...I had paid $12000 fees in Langara College for semester starting in May. Now my account shows that $1500 IE Commitment fees has been withdrawn. I haven't registered into any course yet. Does that mean I won't be able to use $1500 for registering into courses?

That is for registration. The 1500 is included in fees. It is not an extra amount
