Hi can I leave my job as i got my passport request and now i have got my passport back too ..i have to cross border .. can i leav my job and town before that ... please advice ..

Definitely, why not?
The Passport request means they have approved in the system. Confirmation PR letter just for you to show the CBSA officer when you land at the port of entry. Unless you provided any fake document or false information or commit any crime, you shouldn't have any problem to land.
