This question might sound stupid to some one, but I wanted to be 100 % sure while landing. Here is the question

Is there any specific time of the day we would need to land or anytime would work ? In other words, would POE in Canada has specific timings or do they work round the clock ?

They work 24hrs no holiday, you can land anytime.

Kummy29 - you'll need a point of entry that has immigration services available and you'll need to cross when they are open. Take a look at http://www.cbsa.gc.ca/contact/listing/indexpages/indextype38-e.html for the points with immigration services and if you click on one you can see the hours they offer immigration services. Some are 24/7/365, others aren't.
