Can anyone share their recent landing experience in Toronto airport or any other point of entry in Canada?

I too is wondering about this. My wife will be receiving her passport next week and we'll be moving back to Canada (Quebec City) in July. We'll land first in Toronto. So I'm like « is there anything special we have to do » ? I read that it would be better for us to go directly to « immigration office » but at 2am ? I dunno. Well, anyway, since I guess most people who landed never come back on this forum, we'll learn it the « real » way. :-X

I will soon find out, Hubby landing in Toronto today then connecting flight to Calgary coming from Jamaica!! I'm a little worried about him because he has never flown before and even I get confused at times at the Toronto airport and I am a frequesnt flyer.. ???

Praying for a safe and pleasant flight for him!

Good job!

I actually landed at Pearson a couple weeks ago!! It was around 6pm, and it probably took around 20 mins total.

I was direction to go to the immigration office, where after shortly waiting in line, I met with one of the officers who did the required paperwork. The actual paperwork took 5 mins!! After that, i was directed to another officer who gave me brochures about everything I would need to get etc etc. And that was it!!

I wish you all the best in your landing experience!!
