Landing- Things to do

Hi,
I am planning to do a landing in canada from usa. I will have 1 weeks time in canada to take care of all major things. I will be staying at a friend so will have a canadian address where required.

What are the TO DO things i need to do:
PR
SIN
Driver License
Bank account ( Can I get without PR)
What else?
