Does anyone one know if you can land without your common law partner being present at the time of PR activation? I was told the principle applicant can land first, but cant see anything regarding it the the CIC website.

Yes you can.. principal applicant can land with or without partner, but partner cannot land before principal applicant.

I believe you can find the info on ur CoPR
