Landing process / time at YVR

Hello all, My parents are landing next week at YVR ( Chennai - Frankfurt- Vancouver) . What are the things they will ask at Airport ? Approximately how long it will take. they are coming to canada after 10yrs so bit nervous about it. Any suggestions please
