This is the list of places I found from CBSA website, where people can "land".

Note:
1. This is just the CBSA immigration part, so it does not include CIC offices in the Canadian cities. Those who are wondering about landing from outside Canada, this will be helpful for them.
2. Please avoid landing in Quebec, unless you are planning to settle in Q and you are allowed to do that, or you have a forwarding flight to somewhere outside of Q.
