I need some information regarding LANDING
IF IT IS OK TO LAND RPINCIPAL APPLICAN ALONE NOW , SPOUSE AND CHILD BEFORE VISA EXPIRY

the principal applicant can land alone and the dependents can follow later. but the dependents can not land ahead without the principal applicants.

Isn't the visa on the passport the same? Or, will CIC look at the entire file to determine who's the principal and who are the dependents?

Will the principal applicant need to be present when the dependants land?

Yes, the visa in the passports are the same.

However, each person has a COPR (Certificate of Permanent Residence) which you receive when you are approved. On the COPR, it says who is the principal and who is the dependent, so the immigration officer will know.

The principal doesn't need to be present when the dependents land, but the principal must land before, if not at the same time as the dependents.
