Landing NEXT WEEK, need info

I am landing next week as an skilled immigrant, but I am going to stay only 21 days, just want to apply for the PR. I have a question regarding the proof of fund, how much money should I bring ? I am planning to bring $ 2000, would there be any problem at port of landing?

Did you actually apply for PR under express entry? What do you mean by landing AND applying for PR?
