In terms of weather, August is the best specially if you have child . If you mean for PR card process or other official things, I think there wouldn't be any difference.

i m not worried about kidz as they are in small classes.but i want to land in dec or march . i dont knows wht is better winter will be there till april .end of december is fine are march?
