hi, guys I am landing tomorrow morning and under Spouse and common in low program. My spouse's and mine drivers licenses are with different address then the one we put as a a permanent address. We live at both of the places, but mostly at the one we put in the application. Do you think it would be a problem tomorrow? Can we get postponed? I am freaking out. Thanks.

You don't need to show your drivers license at a landing interview.

How would you prove the address if they didn't have a drivers license?? Having a license is not mandatory.

I'm sure you can show some official mail delivered to the home to prove address.

You won't. It's up to you how you prove addresses (if they ask)

Why would you choose to show it to them if it doesn't even have the right address on it???

Just don't show the license. It's as simple as that. If you're scared of accidentally showing it to them... leave it in the car and don't bring it into the CIC office.

I agree with this. Bring other forms of identification and proof of address. They want to see you're living at the same address.

Personally, I wouldn't put it past the immigration officer to ask you for your driver's licences and ask how you got there if you don't have your driver's licences with you. Or if one of you has the right address on their licence, say they drove.
