Seems like landing will be a long time away for me since they have skipped March-August 2015 apps. BUT I am curious so, how does landing work for an Inland applicant? What do you have to do?

For us, it was quite simple. My husband and I went to the nearest CIC office at our scheduled appointment time (as we were notified by email). They looked at my husband's passport, took his 2 photos and asked him a few questions. Explained Condition 51 and PR guidelines and then congratulated him on obtaining his PR and told him it would take 8-12 weeks for card and not to travel until he received it.

I sincerely hope they start processing March-August applicants soon - it is not fair.

Great! Did it take long for you to receive your appointment? Have you received the PR card yet? 8-12 weeks is a long time!

No, we received an email with the interview date the day after we saw decision made. The interview was about 2 weeks from the date we received the email.

We have not received it yet as we just landed on July 6!
