Hello All,

I got my immigration visa last week Thursday and I plan on coming to Canada by December. I am wondering if it is possible for me to land in December and leave Canada by January due to my work commitments as I am currently under a bond and cannot leave till June 2013. Can anybody advice if it is possible for me to get a visiting Visa as my immigration visa only gives me a single entry into canada

Since you need to notify the visa office of your recent marriage and return the immigration visa, perhaps you can delay your landing to June 2013?

I think that the OP has trouble grasping that his Immigrant visa is no longer valid and has to be returned. Since he married and his spouse has not be examined. He should be contacting the issuing office and requesting instructions about adding his wife.

Which marraige you talking about. The person said he has work commitment and he need to go back. He can go back to Canada in June 2013.
The only issue he will have is he may cannot wait for his PR card. PR card is needed for his second entry. So, his immigration visa is valid and okay. He can enter in Dec. and leave any time he want.

You will understand after reading the OP's profile and posts.
