landing from inside canada

hi,
My PR is approved. I am inside Canada and I sent my passports to Ottawa to be stamped, which is done.
How do I proceed to finish immigration formalities from inside Canada? How can submit the document about the goods to follow?

I am a citizen and I applied for my wife while she was in India. Now she is here in Canada on a visit visa and her Pr got approved. I had already intimated to CIC that she would like to receive the landing documents in Canada. PR was approved and she got her passport stamped from the Ottawa office.

So if she applied outland but is in Canada it's easiest to flagpole. Otherwise you need to request a landing appointment which can take months.
