Landing for people who are already in Canada

I have a question. My daughter and my son are currently in Canada. We have our visa issued in our passports
First: Can I land separately?
Second: Can they do the procedure inside canada without having to leave the country after I have landed as the main applicant and they are in the middle of the school year?
