Landing fee

Is there a landing fee...that is when i land at the airport, will i have to pay anymore money to process the landing papers??

Also, ive been here a long while on a work permit. im leaving and coming back to land in ottawa. will the immigration officer ask for my previous study permits n work permits??

The landing fee would have been paid before you were issued your PR visa. They will have records of your previous applications available, they may not ask to see your previous permits.
