landing fee not recieved..what to do?

hey all...

need your urgent help...
today my husband called Mississauga and asked about our landing fee which we paid in april after ppr. but they said they have not received anything.
they suggested my husband to fax the receipt of landing fee..
Can you plz tell me should we fax the same receipt to Mississauga only or we should fax it to new Delhi too ..
what else we should do to fasten-up the process.
how long it will take to register our landing fee at new delhi??

u really can fasten up the process .......but if i were u i will send a copy to both embassy..asap....good luck god bless
