if you have all it takes, no big difference.
caraway might be a bit nicer and not too crowded.
on the otherhand, coutts is bigger and open for longer.

believe me, you have gone too far to be spending time on thinking which port of entry.
Lol... I like that statement... You're right...
I'll be driving from Fort McMurray, I will just with the flow which road will be easier for me.

Is there anyway, I can opt out from entering the US Border? Or just a u-turn to the carway canadian border...Or even park my car next to the Canadian border or even before and walk to them for landing?

you must get a piece of paper from US officers.
you must technically cross the border.
your first word (and the last one) to the US oficer should be "a flagpole"

Leave your car before the border and walk to the border. US might refuse entry or they can let you in if you have VISA.
In both locations they are afmiliar with the proces. Tell them flagpole, they will give you a yellow piece of paper and walk you to the canadian side again.
There you first see CBSA, they scan your passport and VISA if necessary.
They can send you mandatorily to immigration or you can go there on your own.
Immigration oficer will ask for the uellow piece of paper.

When I was there, I first went straight to Imigration. They said they did not want to talk to me unless I came from US.
Thanks...
