Haha! Even if I’m post March 18th? I believe the extended family exemption + the travel authorization are sufficient to travel. I’ve just been a bit anxious about being refused by the border officer

You are now a PR holder and any immediate family member with a valid COPR are allowed to travel now. If he has a copy of your marriage certificate and your COPR, it should be fine. Please call IRCC call number for any verification and suggestion. Wishing your husband all the best.
