Landing dependents alone

Hi All,

I have a query regarding landing dependents alone.

I am the primary applicant inside Canada and planning to complete landing in Canada itself by booking appointment with IRCC.

Once my landing is completed I am planning to bring my dependents.

In this case can dependents travel alone with their COPR and passports and complete their landing process in the airport without my presence?

Please help me in this.
