Back again with a question about landing. Does our son (an applicant— 2 year old dependent) need to be present at landing?

Also, can someone link to me information about what to do about health insurance until OHIP residency requirements are met?

Yes - your 2 year old dependent needs to be present at landing.

You'll need to purchase private insurance to cover yourselves during the 3 month OHIP waiting period.
