Please tell me where to do a flagpole landing near Niagara?
Also what should be the time?

Well sure, if your goal is for them to tell you to "come back some other day"

Go there in the morning or choose another POE.

Avoid Weekends on all Niagara landings.. Peace bridge you can do Tuesday-Thursday anytime until 11:59 pm Thursday..

I will never understand this. People can land at any POE, yet they insist in the Niagara area.
You are basically choosing the busiest place to do it.
