Hi Everyone!
I decided to land in the CIC office inside Canada. Over the phone,
CIC agent told me I need to have the following documents with me:

1. Passport
2. COPR
3. 2 Permanent resident card photos

Is there anything else I need to have? I've heard of people bringing
their bank statements, job offers etc.
Thanks!

I did my landing at the CIC office in Winnipeg, and the agent only asked for my passport and COPR.
I had lots of stuff with me (notice of assessment, last pay slip, etc.), but he didn't ask for any of those.
I asked him if I need to surrender my work permit, and he said, "oh, ok, just give it to me". Then I asked if he needed photos, and he took them. I'm sure he took my photos and WP only because I reminded him.

Nothing but COPR and Passport. They don't even need photos anymore, they just use the one attached to your COPR.
