Landing and PR

Hi,

I will land in Toronto on March 14, 2015 and will be back after spending 3-4 weeks. My family will send me the PR cards through courier. I want to know whether there could be any possibility where I may be asked by the immigration officials to visit their office for any thing related to the issuance of PR cards?

I want to know because I want to avoid the mistakes that could lead me to call by the immigration authorities to visit their office, since I may be back to my home country by the time they call me.

You are very unlikely to be asked to collect your new PR card in person. What might be a problem is if the photo of you on the COPR is not good enough, they will require a new one before they issue the card. The visa office is supposed to check the quality but don't always do so.
