Landing and getting the Health Insurance card.

I will be landing in Vancouver very soon. However, I do not know anyone there. I heard that when you get to the airpport, the immigration officer usually asks for an address so that my Health Insurance card can be shiiped to. How do I go about that if I do not know anyone there and do not have a address?

No He doesnt,He knows you go to MSP only after you get your things in order,He asks for a Canadian Address and You can give your hotel or use somebody like Multicultural Helping House Society or Success or any of the Immigrant Settlement Agencies

Immigration has nothing to do with your Health Insurance card. That comes after you've gone in, got your SIN number and depending on where you land established residency or completed the waiting period (eg toronto is 3 months)!
